Basketball Camps

Time to improve; it’s time to dedicate 5 days towards competing, skill enhancement and functional performance training. Every season (Spring, Winter, Summer) ACKright Premier Sports hosts a week long professionally ran Training Camp for 3 hours a day. Our trainers (former professional and collegiate athletes) lace them up and even get out on the court with our high school division, to ensure they are getting the proper work to help prepare them for the next endeavour.

This week we dedicate solely to improvement and we take no time off. We work and put you through the same schedule as we do our professional athletes.

8:30am: Check in
9am: What it’s all about
9:20am: Warm-up & stretch
9:30am: Functional performance training
10:30am: Water Break/Snack Break
10:40am: On court Skill Development
11am: Games
11:50am Stretch 
12pm: Dismissal
